Note: After filling out your info and clicking "Continue Payment" (below) you will be directed to PayPal where you can complete your payment securely online - either with a debit/credit card or a PayPal account. Under Instructions to merchant, specify what the registration is for (state the name of the course).
If you’d rather send us a check in the mail (payable to CenterQuest with “SC” in the memo line), address it to 122A E. Foothill Blvd., PMB 306, Arcadia, CA 91006.
Once payment is complete, you will be sent all pertinent information about the course via Constant Contact mass email (including login instructions to Moodle - our online platform). The Soul Companioning (SC) course shell on Moodle will open a week before the actual four-week class begins.
